Soybeans about two weeks after planting, pushing up through the rye cover crop.
The rye was green and a foot tall when we planted into it. Now it’s dying and will act like a mulch, holding water and keeping the weeds at bay.

Your father and I drove down the road and saw Lana planting in that tall green crop. It didn’t look like anything would grow ever in that field. Great to see it was indeed a success.
