Turned a bushel and a half of tomatoes into 16 pints of whole tomatoes, 26 pints of crushed tomatoes, and 7 quarts of juice today.
They look so pretty there on the shelf (I need to get the manual out for our new camera and figure out how to take pictures indoors.)
It’s a good feeling to see all those tomatoes put away and ready for us to use in the coming days.
