Today

On Saturday one of our corn fields along Blue River looked like this:

And today (Tuesday) it looks like this:

Wow, did that water go down fast!

The corn is covered in silt and looks pretty brown in the picture, but underneath it’s green and I think almost all of it is going to make it.

I’m sure there’s a lesson in here about not imagining the worst and worrying about things you can’t control.
