(All of the following are from official campaign communications.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My native (Indiana) son, Mayor Pete Buttigieg is apologetic, &#8216;This is the last time you\u2019ll hear from me this year&#8217; &#8230; &#8216;Can you make one last contribution right now&#8217; &#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elizabeth Warren comes across as desperate, &#8216;We\u2019re only hours away from the biggest fundraising deadline of the year, and we\u2019re at risk of missing our $20 million goal.&#8217; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bernie Sanders  pitches unity, &#8216;There is only one way we win \u2014 and that is together. &#8216;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Joe Biden, &#8230; wait &#8230; Joe Biden is from Scranton, PA?  Site of &#8220;The Office&#8221; TV series?  Setting for Harry Chapin&#8217;s classic &#8220;30,000 Pounds of Bananas&#8221; song?   Whoa.
