The Army as a POV video game.  Those aren&#8217;t human beings on the other side of your point of view, they&#8217;re &#8220;challenges.&#8221;  <\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/y-ajDnKM7Dk\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"autoplay; encrypted-media\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re not &#8220;fighting for honor&#8221;, we&#8217;re not &#8220;fighting for country&#8221;.  We are fighting to win battles as pointless as a video game and the dead, crippled, and maimed suffered and suffer for no reason.<\/p>\n<p>I reject this glorification of the military.  <\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\nAnd He will judge between the nations,<br \/>\nAnd will render decisions for many peoples;<br \/>\nAnd they will hammer their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning hooks.<br \/>\nNation will not lift up sword against nation,<br \/>\nAnd never again will they learn war.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Isaiah 2:4<\/p>\n<p>Any question on how He will judge us?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This ad has been running on TV this fall.
