Pretty soon the north wall was going to kick off that failing foundation. You call Tim.  He comes out when he says he will.  He gives you an estimate.  He does the work he said he&#8217;ll do when he said he&#8217;ll do it, and charges you what he said he would.  And he does it filled with joy.
