Usually we go to Pit Stop Pizza in Churubusco and get a triple pepperoni with extra cheese.  That&#8217;s an artery-clogging, heartburn-inducing, cheesy spicy tomato-y delight.  <\/p>\n<p>Tonight though Debbie had scored some amazing looking anchovies so we made pizza at home.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_1001\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1001\" style=\"width: 150px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/chuckzumbrun.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/DSCN0976.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/chuckzumbrun.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/DSCN0976-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"DSCN0976\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" class=\"size-thumbnail wp-image-1001\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1001\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">The Anchovies of Inspiration<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>I took a look through the fridge and decided to make two small pizzas.  One with anchovies, olives, mushrooms and parmesan.  The other with shrimp, red onions, and feta.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_1002\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1002\" style=\"width: 150px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/chuckzumbrun.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/DSCN0974.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/chuckzumbrun.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/DSCN0974-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"DSCN0974\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" class=\"size-thumbnail wp-image-1002\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1002\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">The Fixin's <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>I start out by spreading olive oil and roasted garlic on the crusts and baking them in the oven at 500 degrees until they start to crisp.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_1003\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1003\" style=\"width: 150px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/chuckzumbrun.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/DSCN0977.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/chuckzumbrun.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/DSCN0977-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"DSCN0977\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" class=\"size-thumbnail wp-image-1003\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1003\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">First Bake<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>With a home oven you&#8217;ll end up with soggy crust if you pile all your toppings on uncooked crust and try to get it all cooked at once.<\/p>\n<p>Then I added the mushrooms and onions and baked another few minutes.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_1004\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1004\" style=\"width: 150px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/chuckzumbrun.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/DSCN0978.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/chuckzumbrun.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/DSCN0978-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"DSCN0978\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" class=\"size-thumbnail wp-image-1004\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1004\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Next Bake<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>I&#8217;m just adding ingredients based on how long they&#8217;ll take to cook. Crisp crusts, crisp-tender veggies, firm shrimp, rich fishy anchovies.
