Happy Thanksgiving

We’re off to Debbie’s sister Gretchen’s house for Thanksgiving dinner shortly.  I made pies to take.

From front to back, pumpkin, pumpkin, sugar cream (the unofficial Indiana state pie, and sweet potato pecan.

Update! Late breaking news! Further research has uncovered that the sugar cream pie is in fact the official state pie of Indiana. Just in case you think our state legislators aren’t doing anything for you, read about it here.
