Big Plans

I just planned our menu for next week and it’s a world tour.

Sunday Mexico, or at least Tex-Mex. Carne Seca (dried spicy beef) burritos

Monday Across the Atlantic to Greece. Avgolemono soup

Tuesday We’re going out on Tuesday, destination TBD.

Wednesday Spain. Fabada, a pork, chorizo, and bean stew.

Thursday Florida, specifically South Beach. Okay, this one’s a stretch, a South Beach Diet friendly chickpea, spinach, and basil soup.

Friday Malaysian. Sambal Udang shrimp, coconut rice, prawn crackers, and onde onde (If I get into town to find some glutinous rice flour.)

Saturday India. Vegetable Vindaloo, flatbread, and raita.

    Do it now. Farm work and nursery crunch begins soon and such menus will be only a distant memory.
